In accordance with Article 8, the Agreement for the Settlement of Disputes arising under Article 15 (a) of the Treaty of Peace with Japan came into force between Japan and each of the following states on the dates indicated. The Agreement entered into force initially on 12 June 1952 between Japan and the Dominican Republic. The final state in which the Agreement entered into force with respect to was Norway on 9 September 1952.
